Wakefield Art Walk is a recurring evening of exhibitions, events and entertainment open to all.

Held on the last Wednesday of every other month between 5pm and 9pm. Showcasing local, national and international talent in a whole range of settings within the city.

Project Space: 'Collect' - an exhibition showcasing paper works from a number of artists based around the UK .

Stairwell Space: 'Thousand Cranes' by Julie Clarke. One thousand origami cranes will hang in the stairwell. Cranes are a symbol of peace and friendship in Japan and to fold a thousand cranes, legend has it, that you will be granted your heart’s desire.
