ART WALK PROJECT 2008
Wakefield centre's exhibiting venues all open their doors in unison for one evening to the public.

The next 'Art Walk' will be on Wednesday 26th of November, 5pm-9pm. The event is open to all and costs nothing. Encouraged to join in the celebrations of exhibition openings with a glass of wine at each venue, 'Artwalkers' also have the freedom to come and go as they wish from exhibition to exhibition over the course of the evening. Maps detailing venue locations and other information can be found at Wakefield Tourist Info, Wakefield Gallery, Drury Lane Library and many other city centre outlets.

'Art Walk' aims to encourage cultural growth and establish a network for visual art in Wakefield.
